Who we are

Natalia Interior Design Limited (“we”, “us”), trading as Interior Architect Westminster and Natalia Interior Design, is the controller of your personal data. We are registered in England and Wales, company number 08515444, registered office Flat 57 Gainsborough House, Erasmus Street, London, SW1P 4HX. This policy covers this website and our services.

Contact us about privacy at info@interiorarchitectwestminster.com or +44 7810 521710.

What we collect

  • Enquiries: your name, email, phone number, property postcode and message when you use the contact form, email, phone or WhatsApp.
  • Bookings: your name, email and chosen time when you book a consultation through our booking calendar.
  • Projects: property details, drawings, photos and correspondence needed to deliver our services if you become a client.
  • Technical data: our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (such as IP address and browser type) for security. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

How and why we use it

  • To reply to your enquiry and arrange consultations — legitimate interests and steps before entering a contract.
  • To deliver our services and manage your project — performance of a contract.
  • To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations — legal obligation.
  • To keep the website secure and working — legitimate interests.

We will only send you marketing emails if you have asked to receive them, and you can opt out at any time.

Who we share it with

We never sell your data. We share it only with service providers who help us run the business, under contract and only for that purpose: our website host, our form-handling service, our booking calendar provider (Cal.com), our email provider, and — when a project goes ahead — builders, consultants and local authorities where needed to deliver the work. Some providers may process data outside the UK; where they do, appropriate safeguards (such as UK adequacy regulations or standard contractual clauses) are in place.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to a project are deleted within 24 months. Client project records are kept for as long as needed for legal, insurance and tax purposes — normally up to 7 years after the project ends.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, to restrict or object to its use, and to data portability. To exercise any right, email info@interiorarchitectwestminster.com. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.
