Natalia has a team of builders for projects of any size and coordinates contractors, subcontractors and suppliers so the design you approved is the one that gets built.
No project is too big or small. We oversee every aspect — time management, budget limits, site surveys and coordination with third parties — so you are not left managing trades yourself.
If something has gone wrong on a project already under way, or you are not sure what to do next, we can step in and help.

Project Management: your questions
Do you have your own builders?
Yes. Natalia works with a team of builders for projects of any size, from a single bathroom to a full house renovation. If you already have a contractor you trust, we are happy to work with them and manage the project on your behalf instead.
Can you take over a project that has gone wrong?
Yes. If a renovation has stalled, gone over budget, or you are simply unsure what to do next, we can review the drawings and site, explain the options plainly and take over coordination. Book a free initial consultation and bring whatever paperwork you have.
Is there a minimum project size?
No. We manage everything from a single bathroom revamp to the full refurbishment of a listed building. Smaller projects get the same attention to drawings, budget and site coordination as large ones.
