About the project

Natalia has particular expertise in securing planning permission in challenging situations. Here she navigated the complex process of obtaining permission to modify a Grade II listed building constructed in 1897, with its original sash windows.

The owner needed access to the roof through a door instead of the existing window. Natalia produced detailed drawings, liaised with the local authority and secured permission to install a French door. She also oversaw a complete renovation of the kitchen.
